The Brass Monkey Duo consists of two talented Cowra Musicians with a combined thirty five years experience in the Music Industry. Whether you require Acoustic Dinner Music, Wedding Entertainment or Rock Party Music, these guys can do it all. Shane is the ‘lefty’ guitarist and main vocalist in the Brass Monkey Duo. With over twenty years experience in the Music Industry, Shane knows how to read a crowd and keep the patrons happy! Shane sports an impressive four octave range (on a good night), from rumbling low tones just short of a brown note through to soaring highs that will raise the hairs on your neck! Shane also keeps the rhythm tight with solid guitar work and provides backing vocals. Richie is the young Kiwi in the Duo. He may be young but that doesn’t mean he isn’t experienced! His ‘spirit fingers’ embrace the fretboard as though he was born with a guitar strapped to him. His amazing talent adds tons of class to the duo’s repertoire with lead guitar solos that will split you in two and leave you begging for more!! Richie also has a gifted voice and sings up a storm with smooth vocals to make you swoon!
