Tony and Helen Cornish Duo

BIO:

This much travelled country music duo have been a long time in the music industry.Tony began playing guitar at the age of 9,and joined his first band,the Shiralees at 16,down on the Murray river at Barooga N.S.W. Eventually going solo he recorded his first album "Can I buy you a beer" and "Guess i'll never change" at Hadley Studio's Tamworth in 1982. A number of CD's have followed in recent years. Tony and Helen formed a family band with sons Sean,Ben,and Steve travelling around performing in the eighties. Tony appeared on Must Be Country TV Show, Tamworth,and did a major national tour with Brian Young Show in 1982.Tony and Helen performed at Tamworth Country Music Festival at various venues for 22 years.They continue to perform at clubs and functions around the NW/New england area,also travelling to the Murray river and Victoria with appearances at Corowa,Barham and Tooleybuc Festivals each year.They are based at Bingara in N/W N.S.W
